On September 10, China named 24 teachers and a group of graduates from Baoding University as the nation's "Most Beautiful Teachers" for 2025. Ding Meizhen is a teacher from Shanghai. She thinks every child with special needs should be identified and supported early. She made 38 courses, over 100 teaching tools, and an intelligent platform. He once wanted to leave because of hard conditions, but now he loves his job and feels like part of the village community. Parents and students respect him a lot. He says, "Rural education is a journey of the soul."
In 2000, a group of Baoding University graduates volunteered to teach in Xinjiang. They gave up better jobs to work in this remote place. During these years, they help many students get good education. Some of their students also go back to Xinjiang to help build their hometown.
