The Rabbit and the Tortoise
One day, a rabbit and a tortoise decided to have a race to see who was faster than the other.
They agreed that the one who first got to the big tree in the distance was the winner. So they started at the same time. The rabbit thought he was sure to be the winner.
But the tortoise was never discouraged and kept on moving forward as fast as he could.
As the rabbit turned round a corner, he found the tortoise far behind him. He decided to have a rest.
Unluckily, he fell asleep and the tortoise went beyond him.
After reading this story, I learnt a lot from the tortoise.
I am not good at my studies. But I will never give up.
Besides, the story also tells me I shouldn't look down upon anyone else.
