Now we are working on a programme called "Walk to School". Would you like to take part in it? Your children who walk to and from school along with you can learn road safety and life skills. You can take part in by walking to and from school with your children for one or two days during the week.
Walking is great exercise! A walk is good for your body and can keep you healthy.
It's free. You will save money by not using the car.
It's environment-friendly. Smoke from cars makes air dirty. Walking helps to protect the Earth.
It's a good time to talk to your children.
Here is some advice(建议) to help you and your children enjoy walking to school.
The first thing you need to do is to plan a safe way. And then, you can teach your children what a pavement is and what it means. After that, you can make your children help you to cross the road in the safest way. At last, you'd better look at and talk about the things you see on your way, like the road signs and what they mean.
