My name is Teng Fei, and I've been a volunteer at the nursing home since last year. It has been a very rewarding experience. I exercise with the elderly to help them stay active, and I've taught some of them how to use a mobile phone. It makes me sad to see that many elderly people are very lonely because their families don't visit them often. I believe it's very important to care for the elderly because we'll all be old one day too.
My passion for volunteering also comes from a personal story. In 2008, I was in a dangerous situation and got lost. After some time, we heard dogs barking (吠叫) and the voices of the Blue Sky Rescue team. They saved us. I've never forgotten that day. Since then, I've wanted to help others too. I signed up with Blue Sky Rescue in 2009, and I've been a volunteer ever since.
Working with Blue Sky Rescue is not easy. It's voluntary, so we aren't paid. We often go without food or sleep during rescue missions. However, the work is incredibly meaningful. To the people we've saved and their loved ones, I know we're their heroes. We want to do even more, but we can't do it all alone. We need more people to join us as volunteers. Together, we can make a difference!

先扫读5道题干,标记每道题的定位关键词,比如16题的nursing home、时长,17题的taught、use a mobile phone,18题的2008、Blue Sky Rescue team,19题的salary,20题的encourage more people to join;2.
I've been a volunteer at the nursing home since last year.",说明滕飞从去年开始就在养老院做志愿者,时长大约为一年,和题干表述完全一致,故判为T。
I've taught some of them how to use a mobile phone.",说明他只教了养老院里的部分老人用手机,并非题干表述的"all the elderly people(所有老人)",信息矛盾,故判为F。
In 2008, I was in a dangerous situation and got lost. After some time, we heard dogs barking and the voices of the Blue Sky Rescue team. They saved us.",说明2008年滕飞遇险迷路后确实被蓝天救援队营救,和题干表述一致,故判为T。
19. 定位原文第三段"It's voluntary, so we aren't paid.",说明蓝天救援的志愿者是没有任何报酬的,和题干表述的"receive a good salary(有高薪收入)"完全矛盾,故判为F。
We need more people to join us as volunteers. Together, we can make a difference!",能明确看出滕飞呼吁、鼓励更多人加入蓝天救援队成为志愿者,和题干表述一致,故判为T。
