解析
23. 根据第一段最后一句“Unlike older people who often stick to simple habits like drinking hot water, young people see being healthy as a way to make their lives better every day.” A选项与原文“18到35岁人群占保健品使用者的80%以上”不符;B选项表述错误,老年人养生习惯更简单;D选项中“only”过于绝对,原文是“often stick to simple habits like drinking hot water”。
A选项“老年人的建议没用”与原文“不再只是老年人的建议”不符;B选项“只买中西结合的产品”过于绝对;C选项与原文“Instead of the same plan for everyone”相悖。
