训练2
There are a lot of changes as you grow up. Most of them are good. For example, you are taller and smarter than you were last year. There are also some other changes, but you may not be ready for them.
Girls are beginning to notice their body changes and boys are becoming men. Sometimes, you may get acne and you don't know how to deal with it. These are examples of physical (身体的) changes.
You are changing mentally (精神上) as well because these changes bring more challenges to you. When you deal with them, maybe you can't keep calm. As time goes by, you care more about how you look in the eyes of others. At the same time, you may worry about what you have done at school or home, and you may find it hard to fall asleep.
All these changes happen because you are in a period called puberty (青春期). In the period, your emotions and ways of thinking are changing all the time. Maybe you think that you need more power, but it is never easy.
There is still some advice for you. Everybody has these experiences, and you are not alone. Take it easy, spend all your time and energy on your learning. Share your feelings with your parents or friends. Just keep in mind that in the end, these experiences will make you become a unique person: your grown-up self.
