Once upon a time, there was a fox called Peter. It was a nice morning. He went out to look for something to eat. He went to River Village, but he found nothing. Finally, he went to the forest and searched there for food. There he saw a big tree with a hole (洞) in it.
In the hole was a big bag. It was a food bag. With light in his eyes, Peter jumped into the hole. When he opened the bag, he saw some bread, beef, and apples in it!
An old woodcutter (伐木工) called John put the food in the hole before he started to cut down trees in the forest. He was going to eat it for his lunch.
Peter happily started to eat. After he finished eating, he decided to leave and drink some water. He tried hard, but he couldn't get out of the hole. Do you know why? Yes, he ate so much food. He was too big, and he couldn't get out of the hole!
Peter began to cry. He was sorry for not thinking much before jumping into the hole.

He went out to look for something to eat. He went to River Village, but he found nothing.
With light in his eyes, Peter jumped into the hole.
3. 定位原文第三段:An old woodcutter (伐木工) called John put the food in the hole before he started to cut down trees in the forest.
A. 1.B 2.A 3.B 4.B
B. Yes, he could. When the woodcutter wanted to eat lunch, he helped him.
