A “big” Problem
Botswana, a country in Africa, has about 130, 000 elephants—more than any other country in Africa. These huge animals often walk into farms or villages to find food and water. To help with the problem of too many elephants, Botswana allows(准许) some people to kill about 400 elephants each year, with strict rules.
