(1)用于提出建议
后面接名词、代词或动词-ing 形式，表示“……怎么样？”。
例如：What about drinking a cup of coffee? 来(喝)一杯咖啡怎么样？
(2)用于询问情况
询问对方对某事物的看法或感受。
例如：What about your new job? 你的新工作怎么样？
(3)用于引出话题
在对话中，可以用 what about 引出一个新的话题。
