C
If you don’t keep yourself warm enough, winter can be a time of illness. During the winter months, people easily get colds and the flu. Many think they are the same, but these two illnesses are different. Colds can stay with you for up to a week. You will have a headache, a cough and a fever. The flu can make you feel sick very quickly. You’ll have a fever and a headache. Your body will hurt and become weak. This could last for up to four weeks.
Is there any way to keep yourself away from colds and the flu? Staying away from people with colds or the flu may work. Once the temperature falls below zero, you must get yourself ready to stop frostbite(冻疮). Parts of the skin(皮肤) may become too cold and die. This is called frostbite. Your fingers, toes, nose and ears get frostbitten very easily. The longest time when you can stay safely outdoors in the cold is 20 minutes. When you are outside, wear gloves and a warm hat. But don’t wear too many clothes. Make sure you don’t wear anything too tight. In that way, your blood can run freely around your body. Also, make sure you have enough rest, food and water before going out. The best way to stop frostbite and being too cold is to stay inside!

Many think they are the same, but these two illnesses are different",说明感冒和流感是两种不同的疾病,和题干表述相悖,因此答案为F。
22. 原文说明感冒最多持续一周("Colds can stay with you for up to a week"),流感最多可持续四周("This could last for up to four weeks"),可见流感的持续时间通常比感冒更长,和题干表述一致,因此答案为T。
Staying away from people with colds or the flu may work",仅说明远离患病的人可能起到防护作用,并非能保证永远不会得感冒或流感,题干表述过于绝对,和原文不符,因此答案为F。
Your fingers, toes, nose and ears get frostbitten very easily",容易生冻疮的部位是手指、脚趾、鼻子和耳朵,并非题干提到的胳膊和后背,和原文不符,因此答案为F。
Also, make sure you have enough rest, food and water before going out",说明出门前保证充足的休息、食物和水是防护的重要要求,和题干表述一致,因此答案为T。
21.F 22.T 23.F 24.F 25.T
