In March 2008, Ginni boarded a ship to begin the journey to Antarctica with 48 passengers. "From seeing the wildlife to enjoying sunrises, the whole experience was wonderful. Antarctica is better than any other place," Ginni says. "I remember the first time I saw a humpback whale(座头鲸): It just rose out of the water like some prehistoric creatures(生物) and I thought it was smiling at us. You could still hear the beautiful sound it was making underwater."
