I will talk about my troubles with my best friend first to pour out my bad mood.
Then I will take a 20-minute walk in the community park and listen to my favorite light music.

We don't get stressed just because we are too lazy to finish our schoolwork; the pressure from ranking competition and crowded daily schedules is really heavy for us.
We also need proper free time to develop our own hobbies instead of being arranged to take extra classes all day long.

Playing with my cute pet cat for a while after finishing my daily learning tasks always calms me down quickly.
Its soft fur and silly little moves can make me forget all the annoying troubles for a short time.
