I totally agree with the ideas in the passage. Acknowledging my true feelings instead of hiding them helps me stop being confused about my bad moods, and those healthy release ways really work well for me. When I feel annoyed, I will go jogging for a while, and all the unhappiness will almost go away after that.
I also think it is really important to realize that all emotions are normal. There is no need to blame myself for having negative feelings, and turning to my parents or trusted teachers for help when I can't get out of bad moods for a long time is not a sign of weakness, but a smart way to take good care of myself. Learning to be the master of my own emotions makes my daily life much more pleasant.
