A group of people met up in a room to learn to find happiness in their lives. They learnt many lessons about life. Suddenly, the speaker stopped and started giving each person a balloon(气球). He asked everyone to write their name on their own balloon with a pen. Then the speaker collected(收集) all the balloons and took them to another room.
Then,the speaker asked the people in the first room to find the balloon with their name on it in five minutes.
All the people were frantically(手忙脚乱地) searching for their names,and everything was in a mess. No one could find the balloon in five minutes.
Then the speaker told them to randomly(随机地) pick a balloon and give it to the person with his or her name on it. In five minutes everyone got his or her balloon.
The speaker began:“This is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around. Our happiness lies in(存在于) the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness,and you will get your own happiness.”
