My mother is a great cook. She can make many different kinds of dishes. Her cooking is always full of love and care.
One of my favorite dishes that she makes is sweet and sour pork. The pork is first marinated (腌制) with a special sauce that makes it very tender. Then it is fried until it is golden brown. My mother always says that cooking is an art. She pays attention to every detail, from the selection of ingredients to the cooking process. She enjoys seeing the smiles on our faces when we eat the food she makes.
