# My Favorite Food: Tomato and Egg Stir-fry
Last summer, I learned to cook my favorite dish from Mom, and I want to share it with you today.
This dish has bright red tomato pieces and soft golden yellow eggs. It smells fresh and sweet as soon as you take the lid off the pan. When you take the first bite, the eggs are soft and juicy, the tomatoes are sour and sweet, the warm taste spreads in your mouth.
It looks so colourful that I always want to eat more. It smells so good that I can't wait to pick up my chopsticks. It tastes warm and nice, and I feel so happy every time I eat it.
Here is my easy recipe for it:
Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 2 eggs, a little salt, a little sugar, cooking oil
Cooking steps:
1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl, and stir them well.
3. Put some oil into the pan, pour the eggs in when the oil is hot, fry the eggs for 2 minutes, then take them out.
4. Put a little more oil in the pan, put the tomato pieces in, and cook them for 3 minutes until they get soft.
5. Put the fried eggs back into the pan, mix them with tomatoes, add a little salt and sugar, then cook for 1 minute.
