Dear friends,
Today my topic is We Should Help Parents Do Housework.
Now some students are very lazy and they never help their parents do any housework at home. They just care about their own study and playing, and never think about the tired housework their parents do every day. But I think we should do our part at home.
I often help my parents with housework. Every morning, I make my bed to keep my room clean and tidy. I also take out the rubbish after dinner every day. On weekends, I usually help my mom wash the dishes after we finish the meal.
I learn a lot from doing housework. First, our parents are always very tired after working for a whole day. If we share some housework for them, they can have more time to rest, and we will get much closer to our parents. Second, doing housework helps us develop our independence. We can learn many useful life skills that we can't get from our textbooks, and we will learn to be more responsible for our family.
Doing housework is not a difficult thing for us. Let's start to help our parents do some housework from now on!
