When I was 6 years old, I read a book about the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was the first time I saw the word “Pisa”. And I thought of pizza. I thought the tower must be the best place to buy pizza in the world.
Many years later, I finally saw the tower. I knew that it was Pisa but not pizza. Some people were afraid the tower might fall down. It was very old. People began to build it in 1173 and finished in 1370. So they tried to fix it. But I don’t think so. Nothing is perfect. Imperfect(不完美的) things may be more interesting. There are many other older and more beautiful towers in Italy. But the Leaning Tower of Pisa is the most famous. I think that’s because it’s special and imperfect.
