My favourite invention is

My favourite invention is the smartphone. It was created to help people communicate with each other more conveniently wherever they are. When inventors were working on it, they faced plenty of challenges. It was really hard to put different useful functions into a small portable device, and they failed hundreds of times before they finally made it. Now smartphones have greatly changed our lives: we can not only contact others anytime, but also study, shop and get entertainment easily with them.
