Last summer, I went to Beijing with my friends. We had a 2-day trip.
On the first day, we visited the Great Wall. We were surprised at its length. I never saw a wall like it before I got there. We walked on the wall for about one hour. We were all thirsty and drank a lot of water. I took many photos with my friends. Then we went shopping in a famous silk market. I bought a silk scarf for my mother.
The next day, we went to the Palace Museum. It was really beautiful. We hired a tour guide to show us around the museum. We knew many things about the Palace Museum. It has a history of about 600 years. And it's the biggest museum in China. It stands for the culture of our country.
After 2 days in Beijing, we were tired but happy. We want to come to Beijing again.
