第31天 旧物编织童话梦想
Have you ever wanted to be a smart princess or a brave knight? You can use materials around you to make a nice costume. Come and have a try!你是否想过成为一位聪明的公主或是一名勇敢的骑士？你可以用身边的材料打造一套漂亮的礼服。快来试试吧！
What You Need
old clothes 旧衣服
small accessories (hair clips, hair ties, backpacks ...) 小配饰（发卡、发圈、背包……）
colourful candy wrappers 彩色糖纸 child-safe scissors 儿童安全剪刀
glue 胶水 needle and thread 针线
cardboard and PVC pipes 硬纸板和PVC管
What You Do
Step 1
Take cloth from old clothes and lace from hair clips, hair ties or backpacks.
从旧衣服上取布料，从发卡、发圈或背包上取花边。
Step 2
Use child-safe scissors to cut the cloth, lace and candy wrappers into different shapes. 用儿童安全剪刀裁剪布料、花边和糖纸，剪成不一样的形状。
Step 3
Stick the lace, candy wrapper decorations on the fabric with glue.
Then ask parents to sew them firmly on the dress. 把花边和糖纸装饰品用胶水粘在布料上。再请家长帮忙，把它们牢固地缝在礼服上。
Step 4
Put on your handmade costume. If it doesn’t fit well, ask teachers or parents to help adjust it. Check if all decorations are fixed well! 穿上亲手做的礼服。如果它不合身的话，请老师或家长帮忙调整，再检查所有装饰是否都固定好！
Step 5
You can use the leftover fabric to make a veil, a cape or a hat. PVC pipes are great materials for making a magic wand or a scepter. Cardboard can be turned into a nice sword or a shiny crown with other things. 你可以使用剩余的布料制作头纱、披风或帽子。PVC管是制作魔杖或权杖的好材料。硬纸板可以和其他物品做成一把好看的剑或者闪亮的王冠。
Step 6
Collect leftover materials and keep them for next time. Throw waste into the bin—let’s be environment protectors! 剩下的材料保存好下次再用。把垃圾扔进垃圾桶——来做环保小卫士！

One possible version:I make a dress with old things, there are 5 steps. I use old shirts, trousers, my mum's clothes and some scarves to make a uniform and a crown of a prince. I am good at sticking lace. I can collect plastic stars from my bags. I can't cut straight at first. I try to ask my parents for help. My costume is comfortable and my crown is shiny. I feel happy because I made a nice crown by myself and have a good time with my parents!
