In Estonia, volunteers turn some unused mailboxes (邮箱) into small houses for homeless dogs.
They put the mailboxes on the ground, and they also put felt (毛毡) and wool (羊毛) in the boxes to keep dogs ▲. And they lift the boxes up (抬高) to make them a little higher off the ground. So rain and snow cannot get in.
