I once had an experience of failing to finish my study tasks on time. I was supposed to finish a math project in a week, but I kept putting it off. I spent a lot of time playing video games and watching TV instead of working on the project. As a result, I had to stay up late to finish it at the last minute, and the quality of my work was very poor.
There were two main reasons for this. First, I didn't have a clear plan. I didn't break the project into smaller tasks and set specific deadlines for each part. Second, I lacked self - control and was easily distracted by entertainment.
To manage time well, I think we should make a detailed schedule at the beginning of each week. We can list all the tasks we need to do and allocate proper time for them. Also, we should learn to say no to distractions. For example, turn off our phones when we are studying.
