Do you know about elephants? Well, let me tell you something about them.
Elephants are the biggest land animals. Only some kinds of whales grow larger, but they live in water. Elephants are the second tallest animals in the world, and they are also the only animals that have a long trunk. They can use their trunks like hands. With their trunks, they can lift a 270 kg tree, or pick up a single peanut. Besides, they have the largest ears of any animal.
Most children like elephants because they think elephants are kind and friendly. It's our duty to protect these amazing animals.
