Dear Sir,
We have a bad time in your restaurant on September 2nd. We enjoyed our meal here in August, so we decided to come again. But this time, we don't enjoy our meal.
First, the food tastes bad. The beef is cold and the chicken isn't fresh. My mother doesn't feel well after dinner.
Second, the environment is really bad. Some customers smoke in the restaurant. We ask the waiters for help, but it doesn't work. The floor is dirty and slippery. I fall over and hurt my hands.
