“Each day I examine myself upon three points. In planning for others, have I been loyal? In company with friends, have I been trustworthy (可信赖的)? And have I practiced what has been passed on to me?”

How can we better ourselves in daily life? How can we live a good life? Zengzi( 505 BC-435 BC), a follower of Confucius, might give us an answer.
Zengzi said that we should reflect on (反省) ourselves many times a day. We can do this by asking questions. For example, have we tried our best to do things for people?
