This weekend, Mike and his classmates go hiking and stay in the mountains for one night because they want to see the sunrise. Before the trip, Mike first makes a list of things he may need and spends half a day buying them at the supermarket. Then they set out(出发) on Saturday afternoon.
They arrive at the foot of the mountain at about four o'clock in the afternoon, and then they begin to climb the mountain. They walk and sometimes stop, because some classmates want to see the flowers along the way. They find it really interesting. After climbing for two hours, they stop to look at the map. And they find that they are not far from the top. So they sit down and drink some water. It is dark when they get to the top, so they put up their tents(帐篷) in groups of four. Mike makes a fire and cooks with it. Then the classmates enjoy a delicious dinner and go to bed. But Mike cannot sleep well because he is afraid of snakes and other wild animals outside.
