C组
Do you have a stop-snacking mum? That is a mum who tells her children that snacks are not good. Well, Mum may be right about most things, but not about snacks. There’s something new mums need to learn. Remember these rules and a good snack can keep you healthy!
Make them at home.
Don’t buy snacks in stores. Most of those snacks have something unhealthy. Home-made snacks are safer and delicious, too.
Eat snacks that go slowly.
If you eat snacks that go quickly in your body, you will have more. So you must eat things that stay a longer time in your body. Things like bread go quickly. So have some cheese(奶酪) or yogurt with some bread, and that’s the right snack.
