Seattle is a city in the US. It is famous for having lots of rain. It is very wet there.
An artist found a good way to use the wet weather. He made special works of art. You can only see these works when they get wet.
The artist used stencils (模板) and a special spray (喷雾) to make the special rain art. You cannot see the pictures when the ground is dry. This spray is safe for the environment (环境). The pictures fade (逐渐消失) after a few months.
Artist Peregrine Church has a company called Rainworks. It is very popular with people. The city council (市议会) has asked the company to beautify (美化) bus stops.
