What You Do
Step 1: Choose three pieces of coloured paper, and fold them into small fans.

Step 2: Use double - sided tape to paste one side of the three small fans. 用双面胶将三个小扇叶的一端粘在一起。
Step 3: Roll the cardboard into a stick as a fan handle. 将卡纸卷成一个扇柄。
Step 4: Use the rope to connect the fan with the handle. 用绳子将扇叶和扇柄固定。
