“What kind of person is your teacher?” Chongyu,one of Confucius' students,couldn't say a word. Confucius answered the question himself. In his words,he studied so hard that he forgot to eat. He was happy looking for truth and virtue(美德)and even forgot his worries because of this. And he didn't feel he was aging at all. Such a teacher is special. It's no wonder Chongyu couldn't describe him in just a few words.
Confucius' words make us think about the meaning of learning. You might take classes,do homework and take exams day after day. It might be difficult for you to say that learning is enjoyable. But it was fun for Confucius and he was happy to keep learning.
