A.阅读短文，完成下列任务。
A good team member is important for a great team. But some students don't know how to be a good team member in group work. They often only care about their own part, or refuse to listen to others' ideas. Sometimes they even don't finish their work on time, which makes the whole team fall behind.
But it's easy to be a good team member! First, you should listen to your teammates carefully and respect their ideas. Second, you should finish your work on time and never be lazy. Third, if your teammate has difficulties, you should give a hand and help him or her. Fourth, you should talk openly about your ideas. Don't be shy. Finally, you should remember the team's success is more important than your own.
If everyone in the team is a good team member, the team will be a great one!
