For example, to help visitors learn about the interesting stories behind jiandu, the Changsha Jiandu Museum in Hunan Province developed an AR picture book. What's more, two AI robots named "Little Jian" and "Little Du" are also used at the Gansu Jiandu Museum to provide guiding services for visitors.
Using modern technology on jiandu not only makes them more interesting but also shows how China is mixing history with creative thinking.
