All my family members like eating bread and cakes. So my parents decided they'd take me and my young sister on a 1 , so that we could all find out 2 to make bread and pizzas, our favourite food! We booked our places, and set off for Oakton Cooking School in the countryside.
It was a very 3 drive, and when we arrived, we went straight to bed. The next morning, we got up early, 4 the ducks on the lake, and looked at the bull(牛) in the next field. Then we met our 5 , Michael, who seemed quite strict(严格的), and the other parents and children, who were really friendly.
The cooking part was great. Michael gave us long white coats to wear, which we all felt a bit silly in. Then we all made bread rolls, 6 flour(面粉) and water with our hands. We finally put our initials(名字的首字母) on the bottom of each roll, made some pizzas and 10 them with vegetables, fruit and meat. They were the best we'd ever tasted!

Mum’s birthday is coming next Monday. This morning, my brother Tom and I made a birthday card by ourselves in the study.
First, we used some paper and a pair of scissors to cut out some flowers. Then we painted them pink, yellow and red. Next, we wrote the sentence “Happy Birthday, Mum!” on a piece of pink card and folded it. After that, we glued the colourful flowers onto the pink birthday card. Finally, we drew some butterflies around the flowers to decorate the card. We made some mistakes because we were so excited.
Looking at the card made by ourselves, we both felt proud. I hope Mum will be happy to see it.
