Dear Jane,
I'm glad to tell you that our school has worked out some new rules recently.
We must finish our homework on time, and we can't bring mobile phones to school. We need to sleep for about 9 hours every day and exercise for one hour a day. Also, we are supposed to read one good book a week. For safety, we mustn't fight with classmates, and we can't run in the hallways during breaks.
I think these new rules are very useful. They help us form good living and learning habits, and we can grow up better with these rules.
