I love sports very much because they can make me healthy and energetic. My favorite sport is basketball. It's exciting and it helps me build teamwork spirit.
I usually play basketball after school on weekdays. I spend about an hour playing it each time. Playing basketball makes me relax after a long - day study.
I also want to learn swimming. Summer is coming and swimming can not only keep me cool but also is a good full - body exercise. I believe I will have more fun in my sports life.
