What You Need
a bottle of plain yogurt 一瓶原味酸奶
a blender 一个搅拌机 a rolling pin 一个擀面杖
a tall glass 一个高脚玻璃杯 three teaspoons 三把茶匙
a knife 一把刀 a few biscuits 一些饼干
some fruit you like, for example, kiwis, blueberries, strawberries

What You Do
Step 1 Add a pinch of salt to the blueberries and strawberries, and then wash them. 加入一撮盐，将蓝莓和草莓洗净。
Step 2 Wash the kiwis and peel them. 将猕猴桃洗净并去皮。
Step 3 Cut all the fruit into small pieces. Put the fruit in a big bowl. 将所有水果切成小丁。把这些水果放在大碗中。
Step 4 Put the fruit in a blender and turn it on. Then set it aside, ready for use. 将水果放进搅拌机并打开开关进行搅拌。然后放在一边，备用。
Step 5 Use the rolling pin to crush the biscuits. Then set the biscuit crumbs aside. 用擀面杖把饼干压碎。然后放在一边。
Step 6 Use a teaspoon to put a third of the yogurt into a tall glass. Take another teaspoon and sprinkle some biscuit crumbs over the yogurt. Next, cover the biscuit crumbs with a layer of fruit. 用一把茶匙舀三分之一的酸奶倒入一个高脚杯中。再拿一把茶匙，在酸奶上撒一些饼干屑。接下来，在饼干屑上覆盖一层水果。
