For example, if a visitor wants to plan a three-day trip to Xi’an with food and activity needs, the model can quickly make a special travel plan, including food suggestions, places of interest, transport and safety tips. “We work very closely with the local culture and tourism government offices. That’s why our model works so well,” said team member Zhang Jie, also a second-year doctoral student.
