Today kids' smart watches are very popular among students. Students often use the watches to call parents, chat(聊天) with friends and share photos. However, some students use their watches to play in class, talk to strangers(陌生人), and say bad words online. Some even spend over 5 hours on their watches a day. They get addicted to their watches.

Parents buy watches to keep their kids safe. They can find their kids with GPS easily. But parents also worry about bad information and kids' eye health.
Schools have different rules about smart watches. Many teachers don't allow students to bring watches to class. They think the watches can make students pay less attention to their study. Also, some students may want the same expensive watches as their classmates.
