In March 2025, a group of students from Russia experienced the beauty of traditional Chinese paper-cutting in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province.
These students are from Northeast Forestry University and Harbin Medical University. They were invited to learn paper-cutting skills 1 Ni Xiumei who is a national intangible cultural inheritor(非物质文化传承人) of paper-cutting.
