My favourite fruit is the apple. Apples are delicious and come in many colours like red, green, and yellow. They are also very healthy and good for our bodies.
Apples grow on trees. Farmers take care of the trees and pick the apples when they are ripe. Apples can be eaten in many ways. Some people like to eat them fresh, while others enjoy apple juice, apple pie, or applesauce.
I love eating apples because they are sweet and crunchy. My favourite type is the red apple because it is the juiciest. Every morning, I have an apple with my breakfast. It gives me energy for the day.
Apples are also good for our health. They have vitamins that help keep us strong and fiber that helps our digestion. My mum always says,“An apple a day keeps the doctor away,” which means eating apples can help us stay healthy.
I also like sharing apples with my friends. Sometimes, we have apple-tasting parties where we try different kinds of apples and vote for our favourite. It's so much fun!
