Cat owners online all talk about one thing that cats love so much. It's a concrete slab (混凝土板).
A man called Abram Engle found his cat Kurt loved rolling on sidewalks, so he was the first cat owner to take a concrete slab home. Later, many cat owners followed Abram Engle and bought concrete slabs for their cats. But why do cats like it? Experts have some ideas. First, it is new to cats. Second, its porous (多孔的) surface (表面) keeps cats' smells well. So cats can mark their territory (领地) on it. Cats also like scratching (挠) the hard surface.
Besides, the concrete slab is warm in the sun. It is really a very nice little home for cats. Sometimes, the simplest things can bring cats the most joy.
