Last week I visited the Grand Canyon in the US, one of the greatest natural wonders of the world. It is far deeper and wider than any common canyon I have ever seen, which makes it really special. I walked along the canyon edge and saw layers of golden rocks shining in the sun, and the silver Colorado River running quietly at the bottom of the huge canyon. I love this place so much because no man-made scenic spot can be more amazing than the magic view that nature forms over millions of years. This trip also teaches us we must protect the environment well, or we will lose the most precious gift that nature brings to us.
