The holiday has come at last! Henry is packing his suitcase to go to the seaside. A sun hat, a camera, books ... What else will he need?

Henry’s waiting for the train and his friend Daisy is coming too. The train pulls away (开走) from the platform. Everyone takes out their tickets when the conductor comes.

Then it’s time to unpack and go to the beach. There’s so much to do on the beach—collect shells, build castles, run about and play for hours and hours.

At the beach cafe, Henry and Daisy are writing post-cards. Daisy writes to Dotty. Henry writes to his friend Charlie. He writes, “Our first day at the seaside was lovely!”
