Do you like cheese (奶酪)? Scientists say cheese might give some people bad dreams.
They asked over 1,000 psychology (心理学) students about their diet and sleep. *They found (发现) some people felt sick after eating cheese. These people have bad dreams easily.
Why? A bad stomach (胃) makes it hard to sleep well. And when they don't sleep well, they can have bad dreams. For them, it's best not to eat cheese or eat less before bed.
