It was on a Sunday last month. Miss Green’s class was on a bus. They were going to visit Foster’s Farm.

At the farm, the children saw many cute animals. Alex saw a dachshund. Tony saw a tarantula. Daisy saw an iguana. Sam found footprints (脚印) in the field. The other children looked at the footprints, too.

When it was time to go, the children thanked Farmer Foster, “We had great fun here. We will visit the farm again next year,” they said. “I’m sorry. The farm will not open next year. I have no money to feed the animals,” said Farmer Foster.

The children were not happy on the bus. “How can we help Farmer Foster?” asked Miss Green. “We can draw the animals’ footprints on T-shirts and sell them,” said Sam. Everyone liked Sam’s idea.

Daisy drew dachshund footprints. Alex drew iguana footprints. And Tony drew iguana tail prints.

Sam drew small dots all over a T-shirt. “What are those dots?” asked Lisa. “I drew tarantula footprints. Look, he’s dancing on the T-shirt,” Sam said.

The children sold all the T-shirts and gave the money to Farmer Foster. Now, Farmer Foster has money to buy food for his animals. The children can visit the farm anytime.
