When we're indoor, don't jump out of high buildings. Stay away from windows and heavy furniture. Hide under a strong bed or table. When the earthquake stops, leave the building quickly. Remember not to use the lift.
When we're outdoor, move away from buildings, streetlights, power lines, bridges and trees. If we're in the mountains, pay attention to falling rocks. If we're on the beach, run away from the sea and go to higher places at once.
