Helen Keller
Helen Keller cannot see or hear¹. She cannot talk with others. Sometimes² she feels angry and sad. Her parents are worried.
Then Anne Sullivan teaches Helen. She writes some words on Helen's hand. But Helen does not understand. She feels angry.
Miss Sullivan does not give up. One day, she puts water on Helen's hand. Then she writes W-A-T-E-R on her other hand. Helen understands! She is excited. Words are names for things!
