Many Chinese people are getting too heavy! Being overweight(超重的) isn't good for our health. Our country has made a plan to help everyone stay healthy.

- Eat slowly and eat on time. It is good to have 20 minutes for breakfast and take 30 minutes for lunch and dinner.
- Eat healthy snacks like nuts and yogurt(酸奶). Don't eat any snacks after 9 p. m.
- You can eat ice cream or cookies, but only one or two times a week.
