Where the
Dragon Waits

After being caught up in an accident at sea,Ed wakes to find himself lying on an unfamiliar beach. The only other person there is a girl called Steff, and neither of them knows where they are. As they set out to explore this strange place, they come across some remarkable animals. Among them is an armoured pangolin（穿山甲）called Astolpho, who might be able to help them find their way home. First they'll have to reach a dragon who lives at the top of an impossibly tall rock and make her cry tears with the power to return them to the places they belong to. Writer Tom Moorhouse is an ecologist, so it's no surprise to find that this new fantasy is set in the wild landscape, teeming with amazing animals.
